Can I put my friends in it?
Yes. Up to 4 people per video: you plus 3 friends. Add a friend's photo only with their permission; the app asks you to confirm it every time.
How much does it cost?
Videos use Stars: 1 Star is 1 second of video, and a clip is 5 to 30 seconds. A subscription is needed to start: Weekly is $4.99 a week with 5 Stars each week, Yearly is $89.99 a year with 8 Stars each month. Star packs top you up any time: 5, 12 or 25 Stars. Prices vary by country and show in your local currency. The Star cost is always on the button before you start, and if a video fails your Stars come back.
What happens to my selfie and my clip?
They are uploaded only to make your video and deleted as soon as it is done, whether it worked or failed. Finished videos and cast photos stay on your phone. We keep no copy. Details in the privacy policy.
Whose face can I use?
Your own, and friends who said yes. BeMainStar is for people aged 13 and over, content filters apply to every photo, and every video can be reported from the app.
Is it AI?
Yes. BeMainStar uses AI to replace faces in videos. The videos you make are AI-generated and are not labeled inside the video, so please tell people when you share one. Never use it to mislead, harass or impersonate anyone.
Is there a watermark?
No. You save and share the clean video.
