This privacy policy applies to the BeMainStar app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Measify (hereby referred to as "Service Provider", "we" or "us") as a Freemium service. This service is intended for use "AS IS". The Application is for people aged 13 and over.

BeMainStar puts you, and up to three friends, into a short video. You choose a clip from your Photos, add a selfie and photos of your cast, and we make a new video with the same moves and sound but a new cast. The Application uses an anonymous account, so you never sign in and we do not ask for your name or email.

• Anonymous account. The Application creates an anonymous Firebase account when you first open it. It gives you a random user ID. There is no email, password or social sign-in.
• Photos and video clips. The selfie, cast photos and clip you pick are uploaded only to make your video, and are sent to our AI processor fal.ai for that purpose. They contain faces, so please treat them with care. We do not keep them. See "Photos and clips" below.
• Stars. Your Star balance and the record of Star changes (plan Stars, pack Stars, spent and refunded Stars) are stored on your device. Our servers do not hold your balance.
• Reports. If you report a video, we receive the reason you picked, any text you write, the video ID, the app version, your anonymous user ID and the time. See "Reports" below.
• Purchases. Subscriptions and Star packs are bought through the App Store or Google Play. We do not see or store your card details. Our purchase partner Adapty receives your anonymous user ID and purchase information to confirm what you bought.
• Analytics and crash logs. We use Firebase to collect app usage events, crash logs and technical details such as your device model, operating system and approximate IP-based region. We never put photos, videos or their contents in analytics.
• Push notification token. If you allow notifications, we store a push token for your device. We use it only to tell you when a video is ready or has failed.

The Application does not gather precise information about the location of your mobile device.

• The clip, selfie and cast photos are uploaded straight from the Application to temporary storage run by our AI processor, fal.ai, so they can be processed. Each file is set to expire 2 hours after upload, and fal.ai then deletes it permanently, whether the video worked or failed. We do not keep a copy of them.
• Our AI processor is fal.ai (Features & Labels, Inc., privacy policy). It receives your selfie, your cast photos and the clip, and makes the new video for us. It acts on our behalf, only to make your video, and we do not allow it to use your photos or clips for anything else, including training AI models.
• We keep a small job record for each video. It holds only the status and a link to the finished video, not the photos or the clip. The link to the finished video expires within 7 days, and we delete the record after 7 days at most, or sooner once the Application has saved the video to your device.
• Your finished videos and your cast photos are stored only on your device, in the Application's private storage. We do not keep a copy on our servers.
• In the Application, you agree before your first video that your photos and clips are sent to our AI partner to make your video. For every friend you add, you also confirm that you have their permission.
• Content that breaks our rules may be blocked. If a video is not made, the Stars come back to you.

By adding a face to the Application you confirm that it is your own face, or that the person has given you permission to use it. Do not add photos of other people without their permission, and never add photos of children without a parent or guardian's permission.

You can report any video from the Application. A report sends us the reason you picked, any text you add, the video ID, the app version, your anonymous user ID and the time. It never includes the video, your photos or the clip. Reports are stored in our Firebase database so our team can review them, and a copy stays on your device. We keep reports for up to 12 months, then delete them.

We share information only with the services that help us run the Application, and only what they need. The Service Provider may also share your information with third parties in the ways described in this privacy statement. We do not sell your information.

The Service Provider may disclose your information:

• as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, or similar legal process;
• when they believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect their rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request;
• with their trusted services providers who work on their behalf, do not have an independent use of the information we disclose to them, and have agreed to adhere to the rules set forth in this privacy statement.

You can stop all collection of information by the Application by uninstalling it. You can turn off video alerts in the Application or in your device settings at any time. Uninstalling removes the data on your device but does not delete your anonymous account. To delete it, see "Deleting your data" below.

• Photos and clips sent to make a video: kept by fal.ai for up to 2 hours after upload, then deleted.
• Video job records (status and result link only): up to 7 days, or until the Application has saved the video.
• Finished video links from our AI processor: expire within 7 days.
• Reports: up to 12 months.
• Stars: on your device until you delete your account or remove the Application.
• Purchase records: kept by the App Store or Google Play and by Adapty, under their own policies.
• Analytics and crash logs: kept by Firebase for the periods set in its settings.
• Cast photos and finished videos: on your device until you delete them or remove the Application.

• Delete my photos. In the Application, open the Profile tab and tap "Delete my photos" to remove your selfie and cast photos from your device. Photos sent to make a video are deleted by fal.ai within 2 hours of upload.
• Delete my account. In the Application, open the Profile tab, tap "Delete account", then "Delete my account". This deletes your anonymous account and removes your photos, videos and Stars from your device. Video job records expire on their own within 7 days. Reports you sent are kept for up to 12 months so we can finish reviewing them; email us to have them removed sooner. See how to delete your account.
• If you can no longer open the Application, email us at team@measify.com with your Support ID (shown in the Profile tab) and we will delete your account data within 30 days.
• Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Manage or cancel subscriptions in the App Store or Google Play.

The Application is not for anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has used the Application or provided personal information, we will delete it. If you are a parent or guardian and you believe your child has used the Application, please contact us at team@measify.com so that we can take the necessary actions.

The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. The Service Provider provides physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information the Service Provider processes and maintains. The Application can only add new reports to our database. It cannot read, change or delete them, and all other data access goes through our servers.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes to the Privacy Policy by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.

This privacy policy is effective as of 4 October 2026.

By using the Application, you are consenting to the processing of your information as set forth in this Privacy Policy now and as amended by us.
